We have released a short video to explain quickly, and to a non-medical audience, what our judicial review is about, and why both patients and doctors are uniting to support this.
As the legal case unfolds, and as our lawyers dig deeper, it has become clear that at the heart of the case are some very simple questions. What are the limits of Associate’s roles? Why are hospitals able to brazenly breach existing College guidelines on supervision?
