An open conversation hosted by Anaesthetists United

Join us on Zoom at 7pm on October 4th to discuss our motions and the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting at the Royal College of Anaesthetists.

We will examine recent trends in anaesthetic workforce planning and training, through the lens of the six proposed resolutions by Anaesthetists United. We will discuss the background and reasoning behind them in the anticipation of proxy voting from late September and the EGM itself on October 17th..

Speaking will be

  • Dr Danny Wong – expansion and supervision of Anaesthesia Associates
  • Dr Jan Hansel – Patient information and consent
  • Dr Ramey Assaf – Rotational training
  • Dr Richard Marks – National recruitment

This will be a safe space where thoughts and concerns about the future of anaesthesia in the UK will be explored.

We welcome anyone to attend and either listen in on the conversation or share their views.

Your contribution will help inform and strengthen discussions of our proposed resolutions. We look forward to seeing you.
